Light Through the Storm
Something decisive has happened overhead. The cloudbank hangs low and bruised, yet a hard spill of light strikes the sea near the distant headland, turning the horizon into a stage cue. In the foreground, the fields remain unlit, waiting for a signal that may never come.
Light opens a narrow passage through a ceiling of storm, laying silver on the water while the land remains in deep shadow. A distant headland steadies the frame like a held breath.
