Downward Gaze Portrait

The angle feels interrogative, almost severe: a body pitched forward, forearms braced, face split by shadow. Then the mohawk draws a hard vertical through the composition, and the scene changes. It becomes the charged pause before speech decides its cost.

Seen from above, the figure folds inward while light grazes scalp, lashes, and beard. The portrait narrows into a private register where presence feels carved from black.
